We had originally neglected to include not only Rum-chan but also Boudica in the ballot in accordance with the voting rule ”The second-place character will be included in the next character ballot (points will not be carried over)”. Therefore, in the next round of the Character Poll Part28, we will add Boudica as one of the characters on the ballot in addition to the second-place character in the Character Poll Part27. We will make sure that this will not happen in the future.
