Voting is open this month. I've decided that voting for Wh characters will now be done without excluding winners, but as the story progresses, some characters will be permanently excluded, such as Katarin and Miao ying, and others will be gradually excluded, so that eventually all of the characters will have some story progress, and once all of the characters have some story progress, they will all be put back on the ballot.
