Known to be politically most powerful woman in Lacatilla, her name is Silraha (Title of great non-royal lacatillan bestowed upon by a Rakshah) Selapi Serpentez. Due to her position as Secretary of Rakshah and as the founder of Lacatilla branch of Absolute Zero along with the Dynast Queen I of Vishnor, most times she would visit Absolute Zero. Yet unknown to many, in Verenigde she worked with Right Hand Man in the creation of mutant that threatens humanity in the hopes of destroying it.

Perhaps she found joy in Ultras fighting? Perhaps she is working for somebody? Perhaps she seek chaos? No one knows her true intention except those who work in the dark.

Originally I was supposed to draw Arlechhino for Wrestling Impact but I'm super close to the completion of the manga (like 20 pages left) and as such I drew something simpler for now. Arlecchino art will still be made but a bit later. D:
