Paige's probation (fourth part) - commission (Pixiv Fanbox)

Paige's swimming team-mates invited her to explore an underwater cave with them. However, upon arriving in the cave, they attacked her, ripping off her swimsuit bottoms and jamming the dildo knife (from part three) inside her.
