Lucia and Kristine have been selected to take part in a work detail. In their previous lives, these women were bitter rivals. To ensure their rivalry doesn't impact their work, the guards have devised a way for them to resolve their differences. The commissioner wanted to see the prisoners wearing prison shirts. Leda prisoners aren't usually permitted to wear clothes, but they are sometimes given shirts like these when participating on a work detail so that members of the public can easily identify them as criminals.
