今年はリクエストの募集も開始し、毎月途切れることなくリクエストをいただけましたことありがたく思います。

それもまた感謝。

私事ですが前々からやっていた筋トレを今年になってから結構頑張るようになり(といっても本格的なベンチプレスとかではないですが)少し体も引き締まりました。

性欲も強まった気がする。やはり筋肉は大事。

来年も創作活動とともに継続していく所存です。

On a personal note, I have been doing muscle training for a while now, and this year I started working out a lot (though not serious bench pressing or anything like that), and my body has toned up a bit.

I think my sex drive has also increased. Muscles are important.

I intend to continue muscle training along with my creative activities next year.
